This is a fantastic place to purchase either a Ford (I purchased a 2011 Ford Edge) or a Chevy!! The salesman I worked with to buy my 2024 Chevy Trax LT, Colin Lally, was great! He answered my questions, called me when there was a Trax available so I could test drive it. I decided that it was the car for me and that I wanted it in Crimson Metallic:-) I had to wait while it traveled across the Pacific. He kept me abreast of where my car was in it's journey to Woodbine! He always got back tome when I had a question. I highly recommend this dealership!!

After car shopping all summer, my husband and I decided to go with an Equinox. Everyone at Gentilini was friendly and helpful to us. Wayne Sedberry was an amazing salesman. He was patient with our questions and did a tremendous job answering all of our questions. We were thrilled when our car arrived earlier than expected. Our pick up appointment was effortless as we signed papers and learned about the features in the car. We love Gentilini and will most definitely be back again.

My purchase two weeks ago of a Traverse with Colin could not have been a more pleasant experience. Going from a 2009 Trailblazer with no safety features to a Traverse was overwhelming. Colin was kind, showing great patience. There was no pressure to purchase the vehicle and no pressure to understand the many options. Anyone in the market for a Chevy, PLEASE go see the guys at Gentilini! I was in search of a 24 Chevy Trax and was able to put a deposit on a newly produced one. Rick was my go to through the journey from production to delivery. He took my calls with patience and kept me updated when timelines were pushed back (the nature of the beast with these particular models) when it came time to purchase, Mason was there to guide me through the process. He was informative, kind and relatable. I cannot stress how thankful I am for the Gentilini team. This was my first Chevy purchase, and these guys absolutely make me want to stay in the Chevy family for a long time. The absolute BEST car buying experience I have ever had. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

Both these guys are the standard by which all others should be measured. Seriously. Low pressure. Informative. Understanding. And complete professionals…and I got a great deal on a great little car.

I have been a long time customer with both the Ford and Chevy service departments. My most recent vehicle has been a chevy Malibu. I purchased it used about 6 years ago with just over 100k on it through a private seller. I have serviced the car diligently with the Chevy department and without issues. It now has over 200k on it and I have probably replaced the break pads, rotors , and calipers about 4 times in the last 2 years. I informed them that this has become a regular issue and way before the expected time frame of wear and tear. They were very dismissive and without an explanation! I drove out of town 4 hours from home and only 2 months since my last full replacement, my brakes were smoking, my car RPMs were crazy. I thought it must because of the age of the car and the mileage. I called the service number on a Saturday and it was closed. This was an almost 1800 repair that was happening twice a year. Twice a year!!! I finally decided to take the car to a general mechanic for my due oil change. They found that both of my front strut assemblies, tie rods, and rear shock absorbers had appeared to be the original sets. With the high mileage of my car and the year of the car the new mechanic said I should have been on my third set. He said that my steering was dangerously loose, the strut assembly wasn’t keeping appropriate traction on the road, and that because of the suspension imbalance, this was why I was going through brake issues so fast. The very new brake pads that were worn to 20% after 2 months are still with life left on them and it’s been over a year but only after the suspension was addressed. This isn’t a payout issue it is a safety issue!! Why should I take my car to a Chevy certified mechanic if the basics aren’t addressed? I am all about supporting local business but I am very disappointed in my experience.
